LOS ANGELES, May 27 — The Strokes have released their first new song following a three-year hiatus, ahead of the release of a newly-announced EP, set to drop on June 3.

The track, titled Oblivious, will be part of a three-song extended single that will also include Drag Queen, Threat of Joy, and a remix of Oblivious by the band’s Fab Moretti.

The song will be available via the Cult Records website and follows a Strokes video displayed on the side of buildings in London and New York last night, which teased the words “Future Present Past”.

The group is next scheduled to perform a warm-up show on May 31 at New York’s Capitol Theatre, followed by a headline spot at the New York festival Governors Ball on June 3, then Australian festival Splendour In The Grass on July 22, NME reported.
