KUALA LUMPUR, April 6 — Celcom Axiata Bhd has launched Phone Care, a device replacement and swap plan, that helps customers stay connected with their loved ones.

Phone Care is the first device care service in Malaysia that lets customers swap or replace their phones or tablets for any reason, with affordable subscriptions from as low as RM4 per month or RM20 for six months.

Chief Customer Service and Touchpoint Operations Officer Syed Md Najib Syed Md Noor said the new plan can be subscribed through Blue Cube and selected Celcom Xclusive Partners nationwide.

“The telco now provides greater customer services and ensures maximum customer experience, powered by the widest and strongest 4G LTE network, to further heighten and enrich our customer’s experience,” he said in a statement today.

Syed Md Najib also said Celcom was committed to providing desirable customer service on its robust and trusted platforms whilst embracing digitalisation.

Postpaid and prepaid customers can enrol in Phone Care at all Celcom participating outlets with a package bundle or devices purchased less than 30 days from other outlets. — Bernama
