Financial Times magazine names Maybank Islamic Best Private Bank for Islamic Services

KUALA LUMPUR, Feb 17 — Maybank Islamic has been for the second consecutive year, named the Best Private Bank for Islamic Services by Financial Times’ The Banker.

After first winning the globally recognised award in 2013, this latest accolade adds to the Maybank group’s recent recognition by Euromoney’s Private Banking and Wealth Management Survey 2015.

For the sixth time, the bank won the “Best Private Banking Services Overall (Malaysia)” and six sub-category awards.

“These awards are a recognition of Maybank’s Wealth Management capabilities and strength, as it leverages on the group’s segment led model and client centric approach,” Maybank said in a statement today. — Bernama
