NEW YORK, Aug 10 — Food isn’t just about great taste and tons of flavour. It’s also about presentation and how you enjoy it. Andrea Correale, president and founder of Elegant Affairs Caterers, explains how she approaches catering as an elegant affair.
Andrea began her entrepreneurial career at the age of 16 when she created an “event staff for hire” company out of her childhood home on Long Island. After completing her studies, she created Elegant Affairs, a full service off-premise catering and event planning empire.
Today, Elegant Affairs, boosts a 15,000 square foot facility in Glen Cove, New York and produces over 800 events per year. Andrea has catered to stars including Mariah Carey, Jimmy Fallon, Kevin Spacey, and Liam Neeson. She speaks with Pimm Fox on Taking Stock. — Bloomberg
