LOS ANGELES, April 6 — The Orange is the New Black and Hemlock actress is in line to star in an episode of Netflix’s upcoming Black Mirror run.
Madeline Brewer, who made her screen debut as inmate Tricia Miller in season one of Orange is the New Black, is expected to take on the female lead role in an upcoming episode of dark satire Black Mirror.
The episode is to be called Men Against Fire, reports Deadline, and original series creator Charlie Brooker is writing it — just as with all of the third season.
Following the template set by the first two seasons, each episode is expected to feature a discrete cast.
Previously linked with the series have been Bryce Dallas Howard (Jurassic World) and Alice Eve (Star Trek Into Darkness), whose episode would be directed by Joe Wright of Pan and Atonement.
Malachi Kirby of Roots is to co-star in the Brewer episode, with Jakob Verbruggen of House of Cards and The Fall directing. — AFP/Relaxnews
