LOS ANGELES, Feb 25 — We now know when Vin Diesel will be back in action as Xander Cage in the aptly titled xXx: The Return of Xander Cage.
According to Entertainment Weekly, Paramount Pictures has slotted the movie to hit theatres on January 20, 2017.
This third instalment in the blockbuster franchise will see Xander Cage come out of self-imposed exile to face off against a deadly alpha warrior named Xiang.
Racing against Xiang and his team to recover a seemingly unstoppable weapon known as Pandora’s Box, Xander recruits an all-new group of extreme cohorts and finds himself enmeshed in a vast conspiracy that suggests corruption in the world’s most powerful governments.
xXx: The Return of Xander Cage will see Samuel L. Jackson return to the series, plus new stars like Donnie Yen, Nina Dobrev, Ruby Rose, and Deepika Padukone.
