KUALA LUMPUR, Feb 28 — After three months of settling in and ensuring smooth operations — Wearnes Automotive today held a launch and appreciation night for its customers and media to celebrate the new Volkswagen Sungai Besi outlet.
Located in Jalan Dua, off Jalan Sungei Besi, this full-fledged, one-stop centre caters to the complete needs of Volkswagen owners — from sales to after sales, service and repair, parts, body and paint, alignment and tires and air-conditioning servicing.
A total of RM6 million was invested on this new location, and the new Volkswagen Sungai Besi now spans over 75,181sqft over two floors allocated for a showroom capable of displaying nine vehicles, and after sales facilities. There are a total of 34 service bays with a team of 34 experienced certified technicians to cater to customer needs. Moreover, key upgrades were also done to the tools and equipment for after sales.
For customer convenience, new covered car parks have been added for customer convenience, as well as a new modern waiting lounge complete with cable TV and Wi-Fi.
