STOCKHOLM, May 27 — Swedish car manufacturer Volvo has announced that football star Zlatan Ibrahimović will star as the face of its new V90 campaign.
The campaign will launch on May 30 and can be followed by fans on Volvo’s Facebook page, YouTube channel, and Twitter account with the hashtag #MadeBySweden.
Anders Gustafsson, Senior Vice President, Europe, Middle East and Africa at Volvo Car Group commented on the news saying, “The campaign is a celebration of the independent mind, of the power that lies in the ability to think differently. There are many similarities between Zlatan’s and Volvo’s journeys. We haven’t gotten to where we are now by doing the same as everyone else.”
The Paris Saint-Germain FC striker has already worked with Volvo on a 2014 campaign, which saw him recite the Swedish national anthem and followed him hunting in remote Swedish forests. — AFP-Relaxnews
