KUALA LUMPUR, Feb 21 — Kelantan are among eight teams who made it to the third round of the FA Cup after beating their opponents in second round matches tonight.

The seven other teams are Sabah, Negeri Sembilan, Felda United, Kuala Lumpur, Perak, Kuantan FA and Malaysian Armed Forces (ATM).

Baze Ilijoski’s 83rd minute goal was enough for Kelantan to beat UKM FC 1-0 at the Sultan Muhammad Stadium, Kota Bharu.

Negeri Sembilan beat Sungai Ara FC 2-0 at the USM Mini Stadium, Penang, with the goals scored by Daniel Ting (65th) and Joel Chianese (69th).

Felda United beat PB Ipoh 2-0 at Tun Abdul Razak Stadium, Jengka, Pahang with goals by Francis Forkey Doe (41st) and Nor Fazly Alias (injury time).

Kuala Lumpur beat Melaka United 4-2 on penalties after the two teams drew 1-1 after 30 minutes additional time.

Anselmo Casagrande scored for Kuala lumpur (4th) while Jasmir Mehat equalised for Melaka United (89th) at the Selayang Municipal Council Stadium.

Perak beat Sarawak 3-1 at the Perak Stadium, Ipoh with goals by Thiago Junior (81st), Firdaus Saiyidi (91st) and Ahmad Khairil Anuar (111st).

The other matches saw Kuantan FA beat Penang 4-2, Malaysian Armed Forces (ATM) beat Shahzan Muda 3-2 while Sabah beat MOF FC 3-0.

Later the draw for the third round was telecast live by TV9.
