LONDON, Jan 16 —Irish rock band U2 has announced a new string of concerts in the UK and Europe as part of its “Experience + Innocence” tour.
Tickets go on sale from January 26 (with presales for subscribers starting on January 18) for dates in August, September and October. Opening in Berlin on August 31, the tour leg will head to the UK, Germany, France, Spain, Portugal, Denmark, Italy, Ireland and Holland, wrapping up in London on October 23.

Staged in the round, the “Experience + Innocence” tour follows on from last year’s “Joshua Tree Tour” and comes after the release of the band’s latest chart-topping album Songs of Experience.
