SEOUL, July 5 — Korean stars Song Joong-ki and Song Hye-kyo, who have repeatedly denied rumours that they are dating, are actually getting married this October.
The news is surely the stuff of K-drama fans’ dreams as the two were co-stars of the 2016 hit drama Descendants of the Sun — yup they went from reel love to real love!
The couple announced the news by issuing a joint press release via their agencies Blossom Entertainment (which represents Song Joong-ki) and UAA and revealed that the wedding will take place on October 31.
In their statement, the couple also explained that they had previously denied their relationship as “the situation demanded caution as marriage is a joining of not just two people but of two families”.
