LOS ANGELES, July 8 — Australian actress Angourie Rice is the latest name to be added to the Spider-Man: Homecoming cast list reports The Hollywood Reporter.
Rice, who starred alongside Ryan Gosling and Russell Crowe in The Nice Guys, will join Tom Holland as Peter Parker/Spider-Man and already confirmed cast members Michael Keaton, Marisa Tomei, Zendaya, Robert Downey Jr, Donald Glover, Logan Marshall-Green and Tony Revolori.
The Jon Watts-directed film will follow Spider-Man as he goes back to his high school roots, however many character roles, including who Rice will play, are being kept under wraps.
In addition to playing Gosling's daughter in The Nice Guys, Rice has also recently finished working on the upcoming Jasper Jones movie with Hugo Weaving and Toni Collette.
