LOS ANGELES, April 7 — Hulu has added Sarah Gadon to its adaptation of Stephen King’s “11/22/63”, which stars James Franco.

Franco is to play the role of Jake Epping, an English teacher who stumbles on a time portal to 1958 and attempts to prevent the assassination of JFK.

Gadon (“Cosmopolis” and “Dracula Untold”), reports Deadline, is to play Sadie, an outspoken librarian at the school where Jake works.

King’s 2011 best-seller novel has been adapted by Bridget Carpenter, and the first two hours are to be directed by Kevin Macdonald.

Gadon has also just been cast in an upcoming adaptation of Philip Roth’s “Indignation”, according to Deadline. — AFP-Relaxnews
