NEW YORK, Aug 28 — Sad news for ‘The Fault In Out Stars’ actor Ansel Elgort as he’s just split up with his longtime girlfriend Violetta Komyshan.
Sources have said that the couple, who met in high school in New York, have decided to go their separate ways since Ansel’s schedule is becoming so busy, and confirmed that they “tried to navigate his commitments, but due to filming and press for the movies” it became difficult.
And it’s no wonder as although he only has a handful of credits to his name, in 2014 alone he signed on to the teen sci-fi franchise ‘Divergent’, with Shailene Woodley, and the second part of the series comes out in 2015. On top of that, he’s lead ‘The Fault In Our Stars’ next to Woodley again, and ‘Men, Women & Children’ with Jennifer Garner, Emma Thompson and Adam Sandler.
The amicable split led Elgort attending his sister's wedding on his own, with one guest even noticing that he not only “spent the night solo” but also “danced up a storm with friends and family.”
The ‘Divergent’ star and Violetta first stepped out together in public last summer at the Paris Menswear Fashion Week, and she was by his side for his entire journey to becoming one of the hottest new movie stars, but now things have changed, and Ansel’s career will no doubt change with it. — Cover Media
