LONDON, Sept 6 — Topshop serves up a look at the fall collection on a singer from an upcoming band, Dior Homme sets its latest pieces against the backdrop of a gentlemen’s club and Miu Miu takes viewers through Palermo: here’s our pick of the slickest fashion films from the past week.

Topshop

Topshop shot this video of Victoria from Manchester indie-gloom-pop outfit No Ceremony///. The band’s singer and bassist wears looks from the Topshop AW13 collection as she messes around in an industrial studio space, all soundtracked by No Ceremony///’s “Part of Me.”

Dior Homme

Shot inside a plush gentlemen’s club, Dior Homme designer Kris Van Assche and photographer Willy Vanderperre teamed up to create this short film showing off the brand’s Fall-Winter 2013 collection. Soundtracked by a bizarre mash-up of “The Way I Feel Inside” by 1960s group The Zombies and the minimalist beats of Carl Craig’s “At Les”, models play billiards, relax in leather armchairs and talk about space exploration.

Miu Miu

Directed by Palestinian actress and filmmaker Hiam Abbass, the latest film in Miu Miu’s collection of Women’s Tales (a selection of shorts by female directors about love and passion) was shot in the vibrant markets of Palermo, Sicily. “Le Donne della Vucciria” (“The Women of Vucciria”) is a powerful and musical little piece of cinema which shows off the charms of the city as well as plenty of the latest Miu Miu collection. – AFP-Relaxnews
