This ultra-slim camera (just 14 mm at its thinnest point) boasts a 14.1megapixel high sensitivity MOS sensor, a 24mm wide-angle lens and a 5X optical zoom. In addition to taking snapshots, the tiny device is capable of recording FullHD video (1920x1080p). It also provides an application for retouching and editing photos through a set of creative and original filters.

Pocket size (92.5 x 54.4mm) and featherweight (103g), the XS3 is decidedly portable.

The Lumix DMC-XS3 will arrive in certain European markets in September 2013 with a retail price of €129 (RM541). Pricing and availability for other countries has yet to be announced. — AFP/Relaxnews
