TAIPEI, Jan 30 — Taiwanese model-actor Ethan Juan couldn’t help but sing praises for Chinese actress Yang Mi — his leading lady in the upcoming new fantasy romance, Legend of Fuyao.
As reported on On CC, the actor, who appeared at the press conference of the said drama recently, shared that despite not being familiar with Yang initially, they have now become much closer together.
“She is genuine and straightforward. After spending more time together, we are now more comfortable with each other,” he said.
Juan added that Yang was able to heal his “glass heart” by making fun of him and laughing at him, sparking laughter from his co-star, who also attended the event.
In the upcoming drama, the actor plays the role of Crown Prince of Wuji, the love interest of the titular character Meng Fuyao (Yang Mi) who is tasked to collect secret orders across five kingdoms.
