PETALING JAYA, July 4 — Six well-known K-pop acts will be making their way to Malaysia this August for an all-new music festival called K-Wave Music Festival.
So far, three performers have been announced, and they are seven-member boy group BtoB (short for Born to Beat), six-piece girl group Apink, and quintet boy band formerly known as Beast, Highlight.
Although all three performers have previously performed in Malaysia before, this is considered Highlight’s debut in Malaysia after changing their band name and leaving their previous label.
Presented by operator company Mcalls, the music festival will take place on August 5, 2017, 8pm at Surf Beach, Sunway Lagoon!
Ticketing details for the event have yet to be revealed, but it is believed that subscribers and users of Mcalls will receive exclusive treats.
