LOS ANGELES, Aug 9 — American Hustle director David O. Russell is reportedly cooking up a series to star Oscar-winning actors Robert De Niro and Julianne Moore.
While the show has not yet honed in on a network or a producer, Russell is expected to begin pitching the potential series next week when he returns from vacation.
The plot is being kept under wraps for the moment; Scott Lambert, Alexandra Milchan and Megan Ellison are on board to produce the series with Russell to direct (The Hollywood Reporter).
Russell has previously collaborated with De Niro, most recently working with him on the Oscar-winning Silver Linings Playbook, American Hustle and Joy. However this will be the first time the director has linked up with Moore. — AFP-Relaxnews
