NEW YORK, March 21 — Dr Mike (yes, the hot one from Instagram) has confirmed that he is dating Miss Universe 2015 winner, Pia Wurtzbach.

Dr Mike, whose real name is Mikhail Varshavski, revealed to Wonderwall, “I am dating Pia. It’s a fairly new relationship but I’m really excited to see where it can go!”

It is understood that Wurtzbach changed her relationship status on Facebook shortly afterwards.

The news comes after Dr Mike shared photos of the pair enjoying a dinner at New York’s Balvanera restaurant.

“She says she wanted to be a doctor until she realised she’s deathly afraid of the sight of blood, so she decided to win #MissUniverse instead,” Dr Mike wrote on Instagram after posing next to the beauty. “#touché #welldone #stoneheartday @piawurtzbach.”

They also enjoyed a workout together that Wurtzbach posted to her personal Twitter, according to E! Online.

“Zombies after boxing,” the beauty pageant winner shared online. “@RealDoctorMike.”

Dr Mike became a social media star when his Instagram account went viral because of his handsome, clean-cut looks.

He is a second-year medical resident in New York.
