KUALA LUMPUR, Jan 18 — He may not have had this signature black suit on, but Men In Black star Will Smith has apparently been spotted right here in Kuala Lumpur.

Our local Twitterverse has been in frenzy ever since a snap of Smith shaking hands with a bystander while supposedly at Mid Valley Megamall shopping centre started circulating a few hours ago.

We can’t vouch for the validity of the snap, but that sure hasn’t stopped many from saying that they would be heading to the mall in the hopes of catching a glimpse of their favourite star.

Smith is set to star as Deadshot in Suicide Squad, The highly anticipated film that will focus on a group of DC villains. The movie is set for release on August 5.

According to The Star Online, Smith is reportedly down to attend meetings with Kl-based entertainment streaming provider iflix. A spokesperson of the company however declined to comment when asked by the news portal.

The Star Online also identifies Smith’s business partner James Lassiter, iflix group CEO Mark Britt, as well as iflix chairman, Catcha Group co-founder and group CEO Patrick Grove in a shot shared on social media.

According to exclusive inside information that we received, Smith reportedly is currently at Hotel Istana. He is said to be leaving Kuala Lumpur later today.
