LOS ANGELES, July 28 ― It looks like Kanye West’s hasn’t stopped courting controversy with his on-stage antics.
Kanye was on hand for the closing ceremony of the 2015 Pan Am Games and he wowed the 40,000 fans and athletes at Toronto’s Rogers Centre with a medley that featured “Stronger”, “Black Skinhead” and “Power”.
At what would be the end of Kanye’s 13 minute set, he added a dramatic exclamation point to it by throwing his microphone in the air and storming off-stage, apparently frustrated by technical difficulties.
The crowd loved it, reportedly chanting “Kanye!” as he left the stage. The official word was that Kanye suffered a “technical error”.
