LOS ANGELES, Dec 4 — Hot on the heels of releasing her latest album “Britney Jean,” pop star Britney Spears has announced a second string of concert dates, starting in April 2014, as part of her Las Vegas residency.
The residency, titled “Piece of Me,” will see Spears perform 50 concerts a year for two years beginning December 27 at Planet Hollywood in Las Vegas. After initially announcing a schedule of performances for December-February back in September, Spears has now revealed the next set of dates, running April 25 through September 6, 2014.
Tickets for the new dates will go on general sale December 7.
Spears announced the news via Twitter, writing, “Stoked to announce that new dates have been added to #PieceOfMe too! http://smarturl.it/PieceOfMeTix2 Tix on sale this Saturday!”
