KOTA BARU, March 11 — There has been a 90 per cent increase in participation in MBSB Bank Bhd’s (MBSB Bank) CASA-i Simpan Berganda Menang Bergaya 2.0 (SBMB 2.0) campaign, as compared to its first edition, said MBSB Bank chief operating officer Jesleigh Johari.

He said the SBMB 2.0 campaign which runs from September 1, 2022 until May 31, this year offers cash prizes and exciting rewards worth RM2.4 million including luxury cars, motorbikes, and smartphones.

“The SBMB 2.0 campaign which is held following the successful implementation of SBMB 1.0, demonstrates that our customers are very interested in participating in campaigns like this,” he told reporters after presenting prizes to the SBMB 2.0 Draw Series 1 winners, here today.

Jesleigh said this campaign is open to individuals with MBSB Bank’s current or savings accounts, with a minimum deposit of RM100.

At the event, Mohamad Jefri Mohamad, 38, from Kampung Sungai Rengas, Terengganu, was announced as the grand prize winner of the first quarter of the SBMB 2.0 draw, making him the owner of a Mercedes Benz A 200 luxury car.

“I never dreamed of winning and I hope that more people out there will start their savings with MBSA which offers various attractive prizes to its depositors,” said the sundry shop owner who deposited RM20,000 into his MBSB account two years ago. — Bernama
