NEW YORK, March 8 — Diesel is pushing back the limits this spring with a new “Extreme” version of the “Only The Brave” men’s fragrance.
This new flanker sees Diesel revamp the original sent with a more intense version, for a more striking, more masculine fragrance composed of warm notes and spiced, woody aromas.
“Only The Brave Extreme”, developed by perfumers Aliénor Massenet and Carlos Benaim, opens with the bitter, citrus notes of Primofiore lemon essential oil, mandarin essence and coriander leaf, mixed with notes of rose, apple and violet petals. Warm notes then come through with patchouli and tonka bean aromas.
The perfumers characterise the fragrance as a daring play on contrasts, as the fresh citrusy top notes give way to a surprisingly masculine rose heart, before ending on a sensual note. The new Extreme version captures the spirit and attitude of “Only the Brave”, encouraging men to push back their limits and try new experiences.
The new scent comes in the same emblematic clenched-fist bottle at the original, with the Extreme version finished in a darker shade of blue.
