NEW YORK, April 11 — If you’re looking for a new way to prepare that classic meatball, you might want to try this recipe for orange glazed meatballs and veggies.

This recipe by YouTube channel Tasty will serve four to six and you’ll need the following ingredients: 1 pound ground turkey (or chicken), 1 egg, 1/4 cup of panko bread crumbs, 2 minced garlic cloves, 2 teaspoons of grated ginger, 2 tablespoons of green onions, 2 tablespoons of soy sauce and salt and pepper to taste.

For the sauce, you’ll need: 3/4 cup of orange marmalade, 1/4 cup of rice vinegar, 1 teaspoon of sesame oil, 1 minced garlic clove, 1 teaspoon minced ginger, 1 teaspoon salt, 1/2 teaspoon pepper, 1/2 cup broccoli, 1 carrot, 1/4 onion, olive oil and salt and pepper to taste.

Before you begin, do remember to preheat the oven to 475°F/240°C. Next, combine all the ingredients for the meatballs in a largebowl. Mix until all ingredients are well incorporated.

Take a small amount of the mixture using your hands or a spoon and roll between your hands until a meatball is formed. Place on a parchment paper lined baking tray.

Spread the veggies next to the meatballs and lightly with drizzle oil, salt, and pepper. Bake at for 15 minutes, or until meatballs are cooked through and vegetables are soft.

For the sauce, place all the ingredients in a microwave-safe bowl and microwave for about 1 minute, stirring at 30 seconds.

To serve, place the veggies and meatballs over a bowl of rice and pour over the sauce as desired. Enjoy!
