NEW YORK, June 2 — If you’re in the mood for dessert, the firm yet wobbly site of a decadent panna cotta will definitely fit the bill.
This clip by YouTube channel The MeatMen will show you how you can easily whip up a panna cotta using a childhood favourite, Vitagen!
You’ll need these ingredients for this recipe that can serve six: 500ml of Vitagen Less Sugar (you can use either flavoured or original), 250ml of milk, 250ml of cream and 2 packets of gelatine powder (7g each packet).
For the topping, you’ll need: 100g of blueberries, 100g of raspberries and 60g of roasted almonds flakes.
Place the Vitagen in a large mixing bowl. Next, heat the cream and milk until slightly steaming in a pot over low heat.
Add in the gelatine powder into the milk and cream mixture until completely incorporated.
Remove the pot from heat and add to Vitagen. Mix well. Pour the mixture into moulds and refrigerate for two hours or longer.
Remove the panna cotta from the moulds by dipping the mould in some warm water. Serve with toppings, enjoy!
