LOS ANGELES, June 15 — Boba tea, also known as bubble tea locally, is a popular drink that originated from Taiwan.
The milk tea drink comes in a variety of flavours, including peach, yam, mint, chocolate, and so on.
In addition to the tea, there is also the boba, or pearls, made from tapioca, that gives the drink its name.
