Epic all-American ice cream sandwich recipe (VIDEO)

NEW YORK, Sept 12 — The Sorted team from the UK has taken on the challenge to make an epic ice cream sandwich inspired by their visit to the US.

Sorted chef Ben Ebrell guides you through the steps to make this enormous ice cream sandwich that is large enough for the whole family or a small party.

According to the team, they drew inspiration for the cowboy cookie from Hood River, while their visit to San Francisco triggered the idea for the the double-layered ice cream in the middle.
