KUALA LUMPUR, Oct 4 — Proton Holdings Bhd has introduced a loyalty programme which allows all registered Proton owners to sign up for the card to start enjoying exclusive benefits.
The card, known as the “DRB-Hicom Elite Card” is aimed at rewarding consumers with one Elite Point for every RM1 spent at any Proton outlet or participating merchants nationwide.
Proton said in a statement today that other advantages of membership includes home assist, lifestyle assist and concierge assist, accident and breakdown towing as well as emergency roadside assistance, alongside discounts and perks redemption.
For home assist, members are entitled to request for assistance on issues like plumbing, air-conditioning service and repairs, electrical wiring, locksmith, cleaning of carpets, and pest control services, among others.
“With a customer-base of more than four million, this is part of Proton’s continuous initiative to deliver them even greater benefits when using Proton cars across the nation,” chief executive officer Datuk Abdul Harith Abdullah said.
