KUALA LUMPUR, Feb 3 — Sabah made an aggressive start in the Premier League when they crushed Terengganu II 4-0 in their opening game at Likas Stadium in Kota Kinabalu tonight.

The squad under Jelius Ating led when South Korean import Lee Gil Hoon found the net in the fourth minute before Rawilson Batuil added two goals in the 56th and 78th minutes.

Puerto Rican import Omar Ramos Lebron slotted his team's fourth goal in the 90th minute to enable Sabah top the league after one match.

Newly promoted side, Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia (UKM) found the game tougher when they succumbed to hosts, Felda United 1-2 at Selayang Stadium.

Felda United's Filipino import player Iain Ramsay was on target in the 32nd minute before former national player Wan Zack Haikal doubled the score for Felda United in the 67th minute while Waheed Akanni pulled on back for UKM in the dying minutes. 

Meanwhile at Shah Alam Stadium, new comers, Felcra FC were tied 1-1 with Police.

Petrisor Voinea of Romania put The Cops ahead in the 53rd minute while Anselmo Arruda Da Silva equalised for Felcra FC in the 89th minute.

In another match at Petaling Jaya Municipal Council Stadium, hosts MIFA also drew 1-1 with Johor Darul Ta’zim II (JDT II) with JDT II opening the score in the eighth minute via former Kedah striker Muhammad Syafiq Ahmad while MIFA replied through Liberian import, Kpah Sherman in the 21st minute.

At the State Stadium in Petra Jaya, Sarawak, the host team edged Kuantan FA 1-0 via Abdul Rahim Abdul Razak in the 19th minute.
