KUALA LUMPUR, March 27 — It must be love when a man agrees to accompany his girlfriend to a Justin Bieber concert — which is exactly what Nedim Nazri did to celebrate Nora Danish’s birthday earlier this month.
Now news has emerged that the popular actress and her longtime boyfriend will finally be tying the knot on Thursday.
Malay-language newspapers Kosmo! and Harian Metro reported today that an image purporting to show the couple’s wedding invitation went viral overnight.
Harian Metro also claimed that only family and close friends had been invited to the nuptials that will take place at an undisclosed location in Seputeh.
The 36-year-old actress, however, remained tight-lipped when asked for her response to the news that her wedding invitation had been leaked.
“God willing, Nora will announce it later,” she was quoted as saying.
Nora’s relationship with Nedim, the son of Tourism and Culture Minister Datuk Seri Nazri Aziz, has been a staple of local gossip sites.
In July last year, Nora said she wanted to get married by the end of 2016, with plans to have a reception in Bali.
Both Nora and Nedim have been married before, and each has a child from their previous unions.
