LOS ANGELES, Nov 4 — If you’ve been missing Po, we’ve got good news: There’s a new “Kung Fu Panda 3” trailer to tide us over till the movie releases in January.

In the new trailer, Po (voiced by Jack Black) is reunited with his long-lost birth father (Bryan Cranston) and they both travel to a secret panda village in the mountains to meet scores of hilarious new panda characters.

But when the supernatural villain Kai (J.K. Simmons) begins to sweep across China defeating all the kung fu masters, Po must do the impossible — learn to train a village full of his fun-loving, clumsy brethren to become the ultimate band of Kung Fu Pandas!

The “Kung Fu Panda 3” trailer offers up all sorts of awesomeness and cute moments like Dustin Hoffman’s Master Shifu trying to explain the philosophical concept of time to Po.

The sequel underwent a bit of a casting change recently when Kate Hudson came on board to replace Rebel Wilson as Po’s new love interest, Mei Mei. Also returning for the sequel are Angelina Jolie as Tigress, Jackie Chan as Monkey, Seth Rogen as Mantis, David Cross as Crane and Lucy Liu as Viper.

“Kung Fu Panda 3” is set to hit theatres on January 29, 2016.
