LOS ANGELES, July 17 — The official trailer for “The Revenant,” starring Leonardo DiCaprio, has been released.
The film will see DiCaprio working with Oscar award-winning director Alejandro G. Inarritu, who also co-wrote the film.
Action film “The Revenant” is inspired by explorer Hugh Glass’s life, and looks at the power of the human spirit and the spirit of adventure.
Also joining the cast is Tom Hardy, who plays DiCaprio’s friend-turned-enemy, as well as Domhall Gleeson and Will Poulter.
The film is being produced by New Regency and 20th Century Fox, and is scheduled to come out in theatres on Christmas Day.
