LOS ANGELES, Feb 26 — “Anchorman” star Will Ferrell is set to star in and produce the comedy “The House,” with a script by the writers of “Neighbours.”
According to Variety, Ferrell will play a husband who starts an illegal casino in his basement to earn money for his daughter’s college fund.
“Neighbours” writer Andrew J. Cohen, who co-wrote the script, will make his directorial debut. He’s reportedly directed “Funny or Die” sketches in the past.
Ferrell’s latest movie, “Get Hard” with Kevin Hart, is due in US theatres next month. He’ll soon reprise his role as the fashion designer Mugatu in “Zoolander 2.” — AFP-Relaxnews
