LOS ANGELES, July 11 — Tom Cruise’s most loved character Ethan Hunt is about to gain a new sidekick in the upcoming ‘Mission: Impossible 5’.
The leading female role in the movie is one of the most coveted, for many reasons, like starring next to Cruise, but also just to be part of one of the most successful franchises around, and this time, the lead has been handed to ‘Hurculese’ star Rebecca Ferguson, which comes as a surprise as many rumours had Jessica Chastain pegged to the part.
Also rumoured to join in all the action is Alec Baldwin, while Jeremy Renner confirmed back in June that he’s joined the action flick.
Cruise has recently announced that the movie will be shot in London, and he’ll be teaming up again with his ‘Jack Reacher’ director Chris McQuarrie this August.
Although the plot is being kept top secret, there are certain things that you can expect from not only this franchise, but also anything with Cruise’s name on it. Not only will it be awesome, but chances are he’ll walk away from an explosion without looking back, and there’s no doubt that he’ll get the girl in the end. — Cover Media
