KUALA LUMPUR, March 1 ― A Magnum customer began his Chinese New Year with tremendous prosperity when he struck 4D Jackpot of RM25 million on the ninth day of the celebration.
In a statement to the media, Magnum without naming the winner said the first prize winner is a male in his late forties from Selangor.
He is also the first Magnum Jackpot 1 winner this year.
“The winner walked away with precisely RM25,076,646 richer with this win. With a mere RM20 investment on Jackpot System Bet 5 which he bet on five numbers, the two winning numbers that won are 4726 (second prize number) and 3038 (third prize number),” the statement read.
The Jackpot winner said he loves to play System Bet with more than two sets of 4D numbers to play.
He pointed out that System Bet covers all possible combinations for his style of play ensuring that he has a higher chance of winning.
When asked the significance of these numbers, he replied, “Earlier this month, I won a consolation prize in 4D Classic and noticed that there is a series of numbers printed at the bottom of my winning ticket, so I continued to play these set of numbers for 3 consecutive weeks, hoping for more “ONG” in this auspicious CNY period as my earlier winning could be a “sign” that a bigger fortune is coming my way!”
He found out about his fortune after checking the results on the Magnum4D website.
The lucky man plans on using his newfound fortune to clear his loans, donate to charity while investing in his family and children's education with the rest going into his retirement plan. He will continue working in the meantime.
