KUALA LUMPUR, Feb 14 — Love works in mysterious ways.

For a hard-working delivery motorbike rider who’s saving to get married, it works in surprising ways too.

Full-time GrabFood rider Danish, who looks to be in his early 20s, was stunned to get a RM500 tip from a customer.

The generous customer was CEO of KL Foodie, PInn Yang who gave him two slips of paper to choose from.

One was marked RM100 and the other RM500.

Initially, Danish reached out to pick the RM100 slip but was stopped by Pinn who asked Danish’s girlfriend, the pillion rider, to choose better.

When the couple saw that it was marked RM500, they simultaneously let out a sharp breath and looked up in disbelief.

“Yes, it’s your tip,” Pinn reassured them.

After thanking Pinn, Danish told him that he’s working full-time to save for a wedding.

The momentous tip giving was captured on a TikTok video that has since gone viral.

KL Foodie is a food blog that guides users on the best cafes, restaurants and food in Kuala Lumpur.

On his Instagram account, Pinn says his mission is to do something good daily and inspire millions of people.
