LOS ANGELES, Nov 24 — Oprah Winfrey and Deepak Chopra have launched the second course in Oprah & Deepak’s Guide to Whole Health, a series of seven-day, online, on-demand courses aimed at helping individuals with their overall well-being.

“Seven Days to Relieve Stress and Anxiety” offers an array of meditations, activities and strategies that will help participants maintain a peaceful and healthy mindset amid life’s pressures. The course is available starting yesterday for US$19.99 (RM80) for a limited time at Oprah.com/anxiety.

The programme is broken down into seven parts that work together to identify key stress areas and remedy the causes of anxiety:

Day One: The First Front for Relieving Stress and Anxiety

Day Two: What You Should Know about Stress and Anxiety

Day Three: How to Heal in the Present Moment

Day Four: A Mind-Body Path to Relieving Stress and Anxiety

Day Five: Lasting Transformation: The Power of Retraining the Brain

Day Six: The Path to the No-Fear Zone: Harmony and Balance

Day Seven: Being Whole Again: Healing the Divided Self

The Guide to Whole Health series launched on the heels of Oprah & Deepak 21-Day Meditation Experience, which has had more than six million participants worldwide. The first course, “Seven Days to Restful Sleep,” which launched in April, will release new content and features that include five new pre-bedtime meditations and mobile app improvements.
