LOS ANGELES, July 22 — Would you stay at a Paris Hilton-designed luxury hotel? Because next in her string of entrepreneurial pursuits is a trio of beach-themed properties that will open in New York, Dubai and Las Vegas.
Though the socialite’s name has been largely absent from tabloids and internet gossip over the last few years following her stints on reality TV in the early 2000s, the hotel heiress has been anything but idle, building a lifestyle empire that spans everything from perfume and sunglasses to shoes, clothing, makeup and watches.
And in a move that brings the celebrity back to her family’s hotel legacy, Hilton told the LA Times of her plans to open three Paris-branded luxury properties that will be themed around beaches.
The hotels will be separate from the Hilton brand.
The openings have been set for Dubai, New York and Las Vegas — the cities she visits the most.
The project expands on her collaboration with a luxury hotel development in the Philippines, where the “style icon” lent her star power to the Azure Urban Resort Residences in Paranaque City.
According to the resort website, The Paris Beach Club is inspired by Hilton’s experiences at the world’s best beach getaways.
The sprawling resort features nine residential buildings named after world-famous beach cities like Rio, Santorini and St Tropez.
A separate section, Azure North, will feature towers named after Hilton’s favourite seaside resort beaches such as Bali, St Barth’s, Barbados and Kauai.
Other features include a garden, open park, lap pool, waterfalls and a man-made, white sand beach. — AFP-Relaxnews
