SEOUL, Feb 15 — Rumours have already started circulating about the next Samsung Note 6. The Mobile World Congress is just around the corner after all, which will usually be when new phones are announced.

The most interesting revelation is that the Samsung Note 6 could be packing an unprecedented 6GB of RAM. Most high-end smartphones at the moment sport at most 4GB of RAM.

Apparently Samsung has created a chip that allows 6GB to be packed on a single chip, which paves the way for even higher memory specs on the company's mobile phones. Could 12GB RAM phones be in our future soon? It looks possible from this vantage point.

Other rumours say the Note 6 could also sport a larger 5.8-inch screen, a 12 megapixel camera and 64GB or 128GB of storage. With the success of the Note 5 and sterling reviews for that model, it looks like Samsung is working hard to ensure the next iteration is a winner.
