LOS ANGELES, April 24 — The singer is on the brink of turning on her Dirty Computer.
Janelle Monae released a new video for her single I Like That, which is now the fourth single from her highly anticipated album Dirty Computer, out later this week on Friday.
In this latest clip, the singer dons her signature futuristic costumes and sings about being confident and self-possessed despite naysayers.
The song follows up the already-released Make Me Feel, Django Jane and Pynk, and doubles as a preview of the forthcoming 45-minute “emotion picture” that will accompany the album. (Monae released a teaser for it previously.)
The singer also released her summer schedule in the form of a 28-date tour that commences in Seattle, WA on June 11 and concludes in Atlanta, GA (which happens to be her home base) on August 4.
The musical duo St Beauty, who are signed to Monae’s Wondaland label, will open for her.
Each online US ticket purchase will include a standard digital copy of Dirty Computer. — AFP-Relaxnews
