LOS ANGELES, April 23 — Kanye West has been taking to Twitter in recent days to reveal some of the music he has in the works, most recently announcing that he is producing a Nas album, out June 15.

“I’m hand producing all the albums I tweeted about,” West wrote in a message yesterday. “Been chopping samples from the sunken place... Pusha May 25th My album June 1st me and Cudi June 8th and Teyana June 22nd and oh yeah...” followed by a second tweet: “Nas June 15th.”

Nas, who not long ago assisted on the DJ Esco track Walk Thru, released his most recent album, Life is Good, in 2012. Since then, he marked the 20-year anniversary of his seminal debut album, Illmatic, which was released in 1994.

West, meanwhile, last week detailed two projects of his own that he has on the way, both of which he mentions in the new tweet: A seven-track solo album and a collaboration with Kid Cudi called Kids See Ghosts.

Those announcements came after a social media hiatus of nearly a year for West. The new projects will be his first new music since the 2016 release of The Life of Pablo, after which he went to therapy following a breakdown while on tour with that album. — AFP-Relaxnews
