LOS ANGELES, Jan 10 — Eminem has released a remix of Revival track Chloraseptic that features 2 Chainz and Phresher.
In the new version of the track, Eminem adds a new verse in which he calls out critics of his latest album, voicing some of their negative comments — including criticism of the album’s lead single, the Beyoncé-featuring Walk on Water — then offering up his responses.
Phresher featured on the album version of the track but here gets a new verse as well, as does 2 Chainz, who first teased his collaboration with Eminem back in June and did not appear on the album version of the track.
Despite its critics, Revival, made US chart history, making Eminem the first artist to have eight consecutive no 1 albums on the Billboard 200 chart when it dropped in mid-December.
