LOS ANGELES, Aug 19 — The nominees for the fourth annual Streamy Awards presented by Coca-Cola have been unveiled.
The awards list recognizes excellence in online video across a huge 47 categories, bringing together the biggest names in YouTube and online platforms.
New categories for this year’s awards include Gaming, Beauty, Sports, Pranks, Science and Education, Kids and Family, Vine video, and a category recognizing traditional television shows that are “doing it right” by engaging audiences with innovative use of original online video and best practices in social media.
Other categories include Comedy, Action and Sci-Fi, News and Current Events, Music Video, Choreography, Brand Campaign and Television Show. High-profile nominees range from Go Pro to Jimmy Fallon, PewDiePie and Neymar Jr.
The majority of the winners will be named on September 4 with 14 categories being awarded and streamed live on September 7.
