LOS ANGELES, July 9 ― Johnny Depp has popped up for a brief cameo in Paul McCartney's latest music video for the track “Early Days”. The actor can be spotted among a group of blues musicians jamming with the ex-Beatle.
Depp is known to be a bit eccentric, and it's also well known that his childhood dream was to become a musician, though luckily for us his acting career got in the way.
But this isn't the first McCartney video that Depp has popped up in. In 2012, he was spotted next to Natalie Portman in “My Valentine”.
Another star sticking his face in an unpredictable place is Russell Crowe, who's just directed and starred in the promo for Marcia Hines's new track “Remedy”. Crowe has gone one step further, however, and is actually featured as a vocalist on the song, bickering with Marcia about an on-and-off relationship.
So it looks like Russell was just dipping his toe in the director's pool, making sure he's up for his feature film debut, when he directs the 2015 drama “The Water Diviner”. ― Cover Media
