KUALA LUMPUR, Dec 21 — Police are tracking down three suspects, one of them a woman, believed to have been involved in the stabbing of a private television employee at an apartment in Jalan Usahawan, Setapak, on Friday.
Wangsa Maju Police chief Supt Mohamad Roy Suhaimi Sarif said all the suspects, aged between 20 and 23, had been identified.
“The primary suspect is the boyfriend of the female suspect, and the rhitd suspect is a friend of theirs,” he told reporters here today.
Mohamad Roy said police had earlier detained two male suspects on Saturday and they were remanded until Wednesday.
On the condition of the victim, Mohamad Roy said Ahmad Hawari Zakaria, 32, was still weak and police would only be able to take his statement in two to three days. — Bernama
