Now available online, the 2014 version of WOW has been updated with additional social networking features, allowing users to send messages and photos to one another.
The Samsung WOW app offers virtually everything you need to know about the Sochi Winter Olympic Games in one convenient interface. The events calendar is updated in real time, and users can check in for the latest reports on results, medal counts and Olympic records. Users can even customise the newsfeed on the app to see events and results that interest them the most.
Whether cheering from the stands in Sochi or watching the games on TV at home, sports fans can connect with one another by sending messages and photos through the WOW app or through other social networks, creating an online community based on the 2014 Winter Olympic Games.
For newcomers to the world of winter sports, the app also provides access to the official rules of each of the 15 events represented at Sochi 2014. Also, for those following the events on site in Russia, the app provides navigation services and information on the Sochi 2014 Olympic venues.
