Meanwhile, in another Instagram Story, the controversial entrepreneur can be heard thanking everyone who were lining up for his durian while also promoting it.

“Thank you for buying. Durian Kampung is only RM5 for one kilogramme! Limited to six pieces per person.

“For Udang Merah, D24s all in is RM25 for one kilogramme!

“Thank you for coming, I love you, I love you all,” he said to the crowds lining up for his durians.

Previously, Aliff explained his cheap durian prices was his way of giving back to the community.

He added that the durian was grown at his own farm and the whole operation is a tribute to his late father, Kamarzaman Kamarudin .

“Previously, we couldn’t afford to even buy one piece of durian. It was a big thing for me back then if I could buy even one piece of durian for my late father.

“If my father is still here, he would be happy to see me having my own durian farm and to see me become a 'Tauke Durian',” he wrote in one of his Instagram posts.

Meanwhile, as reported by Sinar Harian, Aliff said he had managed to sell over 1,000 kilograms of durians per day since they opened and he has no plans to open his stall anywhere else.

Aliff’s pop-up durian stall opens from 12pm until 7pm daily.
