NEW YORK, March 16 — All signs apparently point to Kanye West releasing a new project on March 20.
MTV reported that it received a mysterious package containing a VHS tape with a label reading “E PLURIBUS UNUM” and a white card.
Fans speculate that the words “PROJECT 10” on the top-right corner of the card hints at what could be West’s 10th album.
Meanwhile, punch in the numbers “772233688″ into an older phone pad and it will yield the words “SPACED OUT.”
The number sequence also leads to a website, which, at the moment, shows a static video and the text: “KANYE WEST,” “NASA,” “PROJECT 10″ and “MARCH 20.”
When contacted by MTV, West’s record label Def Jam claimed it’s all a hoax, but if it is, we think the hoaxers got his style down pat.
